Within every girl there is a wild and natural creature, a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless knowing.

During any shoot with kids, I like to let them take the reins for a bit. If they are being listened to rather than being ordered around, everything runs much smoother. It helps them to become invested in the shoot and It lets their creative side run wild. 

This wild girl is no stranger to dirt and orneriness. I followed her around as she explored this piece of land. I got photos of her that I never would have if I had been calling the shots.
